This policy explains how A&A Terra Inc ("we"), which operates Areen Fleet, handles information.

What we collect

• Account details: company name, MC and USDOT numbers, contact name, email and phone.
• Operating data the carrier adds or connects: trucks, drivers, loads, rates, documents and ELD location for booked loads.
• Website usage logs needed to keep the service secure.

How we use it

Only to provide and improve Areen Fleet for the carrier who owns the data: finding and booking loads, tracking, documents, invoicing, compliance and support. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We share data only with the services a carrier connects (for example, a broker receives tracking for a load the carrier booked with that broker), with service providers that help us run Areen Fleet under confidentiality obligations, or when the law requires it.

Text messages

Carriers who turn on text alerts receive load alerts and approval requests. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time. Message and data rates may apply.

Keeping and deleting data

We keep data while the account is active. A carrier can ask for an export or deletion of its data at any time by emailing support@areenfleet.com.
